It was narrated from the Prophet ﷺ with this same report. He said regarding both of them, "There is impurity," mentioning impurity in both places.
حدثنا موسى يعني ابن إسمعيل حدثنا أبان
عن النبي ﷺ بهذا قال فيهما خبث قال في الموضعين خبث
