Abu Malih reported,
His father reported that the Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah 
does not accept charity from stolen spoils, nor prayer without purification."

Sourcing, [its chain of transmission is sahih] Ibn Majah reported it in Kitab al-Tuhur, chapter, Allah does not accept prayer without purification, no. 271, from the hadith of Shubah, through the same route, and Nasai also reported it, no. 139.
