[Its chain is very daif] Hakim narrated it, 4/280, from the hadith of Salm bin Qutayba through this same route, and he graded it sahih. Dhahabi said, "Dawud bin Abu Salih, Ibn Hibban said, 'He narrates fabricated reports,' and Abu Hatim said, 'He is unknown and he narrated an objectionable hadith.'"
