The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A man who had never done any good removed a thorny branch from the road. It was either on a tree, so he cut it down and threw it aside, or it was lying on the ground, so he cleared it away. Allah thanked him for that act and admitted him into Paradise."
[Sahih] Bukhari transmitted it in the chapter on wrongdoing, in the section on one who removes a branch, etc., hadith no. 2472, and Muslim transmitted it in the chapter on good conduct and maintaining ties, in the section on the merit of removing harmful things from the road, hadith no. 1914, after hadith no. 2617, from the hadith of Abu Salih, with the same wording.
