Rafi, from the tribe of Juhaynah, had been present at Hudaybiyah with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Treating those under one's authority well brings blessing, and bad character brings misfortune."

وكان رافع من جهينة قد شهد الحديبية مع رسول الله ﷺ عن رسول الله ﷺ قال حسن الملكة يمن وسوء الخلق شؤم
