The Prophet ﷺ said, "Jibreel kept urging me concerning the neighbor until I thought he would make him an heir."
حدثنا مسدد حدثنا حماد عن يحيى بن سعيد عن أبي بكر بن محمد عن عمرة
أن النبي ﷺ قال ما زال جبريل يوصيني بالجار حتى قلت ليورثنه
Its takhrij, Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Manners, Chapter on Instructing Kindness to the Neighbor, hadith no. 6014, and Muslim narrated it in the Book of Righteousness and Maintaining Ties of Kinship, Chapter on Enjoining Good Treatment of the Neighbor, hadith no. 2624, from the hadith of Yahya bin Saeed Ansari, through this same chain.
