Abu Dawud reported,

With this same chain of narration, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When morning comes upon any of you, let him say, 'We have entered the morning, and the dominion belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds. O Allah, I ask You for the good of this day, its opening, its victory, its light, its blessing, and its guidance, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of what it contains and the evil of what comes after it.' Then when evening comes, let him say the same."

قال أبو داود

وبهذا الإسناد أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إذا أصبح أحدكم فليقل أصبحنا وأصبح الملك لله رب العالمين اللهم إني أسألك خير هذا اليوم فتحه ونصره ونوره وبركته وهداه وأعوذ بك من شر ما فيه وشر ما بعده ثم إذا أمسى فليقل مثل ذلك
