The Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught him the call to prayer, saying, "Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, I bear witness that there is no god but Allah." He then mentioned the rest of the call to prayer in the same manner as the hadith of Ibn Jurayj from Abdul-Aziz bin Abdul-Malik, with the same meaning.

Daif.This is an abridgment. It was narrated by Ibrahim bin Abdul-Aziz Tirmidhi, no. 191, and Muhammad bin Abdul-Malik bin Abu Mahzura (as previously mentioned, no. 500) and others, from Abdul-Malik, which is the correct version. Tirmidhi said, this hadith is sahih, but this particular narration is shadhdh.
