The Prophet ﷺ said, "None of you should say, 'My soul has churned,' but rather let him say, 'My soul feels uneasy.'"
حدثنا موسى بن إسمعيل حدثنا حماد عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه
عن النبي ﷺ قال لا يقولن أحدكم جاشت نفسي ولكن ليقل لقست نفسي
[Its isnad is sahih] Hammad is Ibn Salama, and Bukhari, no. 6179, and Muslim, no. 2250, narrated it from the hadith of Hisham through him.
