The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Religion is sincere counsel. Religion is sincere counsel. Religion is sincere counsel."They asked, "To whom, Messenger of Allah?"He replied, "To Allah, to His Book, to His Messenger, to the leaders of the believers and their common folk," or he said, "to the leaders of the Muslims and their common folk."
