The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade that a man place, and Qutayba said, raise one of his legs over the other. Qutayba added, while he is lying flat on his back.
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد حدثنا الليث ح و حدثنا موسى بن إسمعيل حدثنا حماد عن أبي الزبير
نهى رسول الله ﷺ أن يضع وقال قتيبة يرفع الرجل إحدى رجليه على الأخرى زاد قتيبة وهو مستلق على ظهره
Narrated by Muslim in "Clothing and Adornment," in the chapter on the prohibition against wrapping oneself completely in a single garment and sitting wrapped in a single garment, etc., hadith no. 72/20992, from the hadith of Qutayba, with the same wording.
