Amash, and I know it only from the Prophet ﷺ, said, "Deliberateness is praiseworthy in everything except in the work of the Hereafter."

[Its chain of transmission is daif]. Bayhaqi 10/194 narrated it from the hadith of Affan, with the same wording, and Hakim graded it sahih according to the criterion of the two Shaykhs, 1/63, 64, and Dhahabi agreed with him. Sulayman Amash did not explicitly state that he heard it from a trustworthy narrator.
