The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Our Lord descends each night to the lowest heaven when the last third of the night remains, and He says, 'Who is calling upon Me, that I may answer him? Who is asking of Me, that I may give him? Who is seeking My forgiveness, that I may forgive him?'"
حدثنا القعنبي عن مالك عن ابن شهاب عن أبي سلمة بن عبد الرحمن وعن أبي عبد الله الأغر
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال ينزل ربنا كل ليلة إلى سماء الدنيا حتى يبقى ثلث الليل الآخر فيقول من يدعوني فأستجيب له من يسألني فأعطيه من يستغفرني فأغفر له
