The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever is killed in a blind brawl or a chaotic affray involving stones or whips, his blood-money is that of accidental killing. But whoever is killed deliberately, retaliation is due against the killer. Whoever stands between the avenger and the killer, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people."
قال أبو داود حدثت عن سعيد بن سليمان عن سليمان بن كثير حدثنا عمرو بن دينار عن طاوس
قال رسول الله ﷺ من قتل في عميا أو رميا يكون بينهم بحجر أو بسوط فعقله عقل خطإ ومن قتل عمدا فقود يديه فمن حال بينه وبينه فعليه لعنة الله والملائكة والناس أجمعين
