It is reported from the Prophet ﷺ with the same meaning that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivered a sermon on the day of the Conquest, or the Conquest of Makkah, while standing on the steps of the House, or the Kaabah.
حدثنا مسدد حدثنا عبد الوارث عن علي بن زيد عن القاسم بن ربيعة
عن النبي ﷺ بمعناه قال خطب رسول الله ﷺ يوم الفتح أو فتح مكة على درجة البيت أو الكعبة
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Ibn Majah narrated it in the Book of Blood Money, chapter on the blood money for accidental killing resembling intentional killing being made heavier, no. 2628, and Nasai, no. 4803, from the hadith of Ali bin Zayd bin Jadan, and he is daif. The hadith of Ibn Uyayna was narrated by Nasai and Ibn Majah.
