A young girl was wearing silver ornaments when a Jew crushed her head with a stone. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came in to see her while she still had a faint breath of life left in her.He asked her, "Did so-and-so kill you?"She gestured no with her head.He asked again, "Did so-and-so kill you?"She again gestured no with her head.He asked, "Did so-and-so kill you?"She gestured yes with her head.So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave the order, and the man was put to death between two stones.
حدثنا عثمان بن أبي شيبة حدثنا ابن إدريس عن شعبة عن هشام بن زيد
أن جارية كان عليها أوضاح لها فرضخ رأسها يهودي بحجر فدخل عليها رسول الله ﷺ وبها رمق فقال لها من قتلك فلان قتلك فقالت لا برأسها قال من قتلك فلان قتلك قالت لا برأسها قال فلان قتلك قالت نعم برأسها فأمر به رسول الله ﷺ فقتل بين حجرين
