The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I will not pardon anyone who kills after having accepted the blood-money."
حدثنا موسى بن إسمعيل حدثنا حماد أخبرنا مطر الوراق وأحسبه عن الحسن
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا أعفي من قتل بعد أخذه الدية
Its chain is daif. Ahmad (3/363) narrated it from Hammad bin Salama, by way of this chain.Hasan Basri used "an" narration (without stating direct hearing), and the narrator was uncertain about the chain.
