The Prophet ﷺ stoned a Jewish man and woman who had committed adultery.

رجم النبي ﷺ رجلا من اليهود وامرأة زنيا
Muslim reported it in the Book of Hudud, chapter on stoning Jewish dhimmis for zina, hadith no. 1701, from the hadith of Hajjaj bin Muhammad, through this same chain.
