[Hasan] Nasai narrated it in Cutting of the Thief, chapter on cutting off both hands and feet of the thief, no. 4981, from Muhammad bin Abdullah Hilali with this wording, and he said, "This is a munkar hadith, and Musab bin Thabit is not strong in hadith." It has a sahih corroborating narration in Nasai, no. 4980.
