The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The one who snatches property openly is not subject to amputation, and whoever seizes plunder in plain view of others is not one of us."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The one who betrays a trust is not subject to amputation."
وبهذا الإسناد قال قال رسول الله ﷺ ليس على الخائن قطع
