Ayub reported,

He ordered that nails be heated until red-hot, then he branded their eyes with them and cut off their hands and feet, and he did not cauterize their wounds.

حدثنا موسى بن إسمعيل حدثنا وهيب

عن أيوب بإسناده بهذا الحديث قال

فيه فأمر بمسامير فأحميت فكحلهم وقطع أيديهم وأرجلهم وما حسمهم
