[Hasan] Nasai narrated it, Fara and Atirah chapter, Prohibition of Benefiting from the Skins of Predators, no. 4258, from the hadith of Yahya Qattan with this wording. Tirmidhi narrated it, no. 1770/5, from the hadith of Ibn Abu Aruba with this wording. Ibn Jarud graded it sahih, no. 875, as did Hakim, 1/148, and Dhahabi agreed with him. It has a hasan corroborating narration in Bayhaqi, 1/21.
