This was reported from the Prophet ﷺ with the same meaning, though the first version is more complete. He said, "Al-Mannan is the one who gives nothing except that he reminds others of his favor."
حدثنا مسدد حدثنا يحيى عن سفيان عن الأعمش عن سليمان بن مسهر عن خرشة بن الحر
عن النبي ﷺ بهذا والأول أتم قال المنان الذي لا يعطي شيئا إلا منه
