[Its isnad is sahih]. Nasai narrated it in "Prayer of the Two Eids, Chapter on Adornment for the Sermon of the Two Eids," no. 1573, from the hadith of Ubaydullah bin Iyad, through this same chain. Tirmidhi graded it hasan, no. 2812, as did Ibn Hibban, no. 1522, Ibn Jarud, no. 770, and Hakim, 2/426, 607, and Dhahabi agreed with him.
