The Messenger of Allah ﷺ granted Abdul-Rahman bin Awf and Zubayr bin Awwam permission to wear silk shirts during travel because of an itch they both suffered from.

رخص رسول الله ﷺ لعبد الرحمن بن عوف وللزبير بن العوام في قمص الحرير في السفر من حكة كانت بهما
Bukhari related it in Jihad and Expeditions, chapter on silk in war, hadith no. 2919, and Muslim in Clothing and Adornment, chapter on the permissibility of a man wearing silk if he has an itch or something similar, hadith no. 2076, from the hadith of Saeed bin Abu Aruba, with the same chain.
