The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade wearing qassi garments, wearing clothes dyed with safflower, wearing gold rings, and reciting the Quran during ruku.
حدثنا القعنبي عن مالك عن نافع عن إبراهيم بن عبد الله بن حنين عن أبيه
أن رسول الله ﷺ نهى عن لبس القسي وعن لبس المعصفر وعن تختم الذهب وعن القراءة في الركوع
Reported by Muslim, in the Book of Clothing, chapter on the prohibition of a man wearing garments dyed with safflower, hadith no. 2078, from the hadith of Malik through this same route. It is also found in the Muwatta (Yahya's recension), 1/80, and in Qanabi's recension, p. 125.
