I saw a man in Bukhara on a white mule, wearing a black silk turban. He said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ clothed me with this."This is the wording of Uthman, and the term used in his narration is "akhbara" (informed us).

[Daif] Reported by Tirmidhi, tafsir of the Quran, chapter, "From Surah Haqqah," no. 3321, the hadith of Abdul-Rahman bin Abdullah Razi, through this route. Saad bin Abdul-Rahman Dashtaki, no one other than Ibn Hibban rated him trustworthy.
