A hadith I heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He then mentioned the meaning of Muaz's narration up to his words, "Any man who frees a Muslim man, and any woman who frees a Muslim woman," and added, "Any man who frees two Muslim women, they will be his ransom from the Fire. For every two of their bones, one of his bones will be redeemed."
حدثنا حفص بن عمر حدثنا شعبة عن عمرو بن مرة عن سالم بن أبي الجعد عن شرحبيل بن السمط أنه قال
حديثا سمعته من رسول الله ﷺ فذكر معنى معاذ إلى قوله وأيما امرئ أعتق مسلما وأيما امرأة أعتقت امرأة مسلمة زاد وأيما رجل أعتق امرأتين مسلمتين إلا كانتا فكاكه من النار يجزئ مكان كل عظمين منهما عظم من عظامه
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Nasai narrated it, Jihad, chapter on the reward of one who shoots an arrow in the path of Allah, glorified and exalted is He, no. 3146, and Ibn Majah, no. 2522, from the hadith of Amr bin Mura with this wording, and its basic form is found in Tirmidhi, no. 1634. The chain is disconnected, and hadith no. 3965 serves in its place.
