The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no ruqyah except for the evil eye, a venomous sting, or bleeding that needs to be stopped." Abbas did not mention the evil eye, and this is the wording of Sulayman bin Dawud.
حدثنا سليمان بن داود حدثنا شريك ح و حدثنا العباس العنبري حدثنا يزيد بن هارون أخبرنا شريك عن العباس بن ذريح عن الشعبي قال العباس
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا رقية إلا من عين أو حمة أو دم يرقأ لم يذكر العباس العين وهذا لفظ سليمان بن داود

[Its chain of transmission is daif] Hakim narrated it in al-Mustadrak, 4/413, from the hadith of Sharik the judge with this wording, and he narrated it using "an" without clarifying direct transmission. Nevertheless, Hakim graded it sahih according to the criteria of Muslim.The hadith has a daif corroborating witness in Ibn Abu Shayba, 7/393. See also the preceding hadith, no. 3884.
