The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade eating any predatory animal with fangs and any bird with talons.
حدثنا مسدد حدثنا أبو عوانة عن أبي بشر عن ميمون بن مهران
نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن أكل كل ذي ناب من السبع وعن كل ذي مخلب من الطير
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Hunting and Slaughtered Animals, chapter on the prohibition of eating every fanged predator among wild animals, etc., hadith no. 1934, from the hadith of Abu Awana with this wording.
