It is said about him favorably, meaning he is praised well. If his name is not Zuhayr bin Uthman, then I do not know what his name is. The Prophet ﷺ said, "The wedding feast on the first day is an obligation, on the second day it is a courtesy, and on the third day it is for showing off and reputation."Qatada said, A man told me that Saeed bin Musayab was invited on the first day and he accepted, he was invited on the second day and he accepted, and he was invited on the third day but he did not accept, saying, "These are people of reputation and showing off."

يقال له معروفا أي يثنى عليه خيرا إن لم يكن اسمه زهير بن عثمان فلا أدري ما اسمه أن النبي ﷺ قال الوليمة أول يوم حق والثاني معروف واليوم الثالث سمعة ورياء قال قتادة وحدثني رجل أن سعيد بن المسيب دعي أول يوم فأجاب ودعي اليوم الثاني فأجاب ودعي اليوم الثالث فلم يجب وقال أهل سمعة ورياء
[Its chain is daif] Nasai transmitted it in Al-Kubra, no. 6596, from Muhammad bin Muthanna through this route, and Ahmad also narrated it, 28/5.Qatada and Hasan both narrated with "an" (without specifying direct hearing), and Abdullah bin Uthman Thaqafi is unknown. The hadith has daif corroborating narrations.
