The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade breathing into a vessel or blowing into it.
حدثنا عبد الله بن محمد النفيلي حدثنا ابن عيينة عن عبد الكريم عن عكرمة
نهى رسول الله ﷺ أن يتنفس في الإناء أو ينفخ فيه
[Its chain of transmission is sahih] Tirmidhi transmitted it in the Book of Drinks, in the chapter on the dislike of blowing into a drink, hadith 1888, and Ibn Majah, hadith 3429, from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, through the same chain, and Tirmidhi said, hasan sahih, and it has many corroborating narrations.
