Ali called for water and drank it while standing. Then he said, "Some men dislike doing this, but I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ do exactly what you have just seen me do."
حدثنا مسدد حدثنا يحيى عن مسعر بن كدام عن عبد الملك بن ميسرة
أن عليا دعا بماء فشربه وهو قائم ثم قال إن رجالا يكره أحدهم أن يفعل هذا وقد رأيت رسول الله ﷺ يفعل مثل ما رأيتموني أفعله
