Hammam bin Harith reported,
He was at Ayesha's 
home when he had a wet dream. A servant girl of Ayesha saw him washing the traces of seminal fluid from his garment, or washing his garment, and informed Ayesha.Ayesha said, "I used to scrape it off the garment of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."

أنه كان عند عائشة رضي الله عنها فاحتلم فأبصرته جارية لعائشة وهو يغسل أثر الجنابة من ثوبه أو يغسل ثوبه فأخبرت عائشة فقالت لقد رأيتني وأنا أفركه من ثوب رسول الله ﷺ

Recorded by Muslim, Purification, chapter on the ruling on semen, hadith no. 288, from the hadith of Ibrahim Nakhai through this route. Tahawi added in Sharh Maani al-Athar, 1/51, "then he would pray in it." The hadith of Amash was narrated by Muslim.
