Its isnad is sahih. Nasai narrated it in "Menstruation," chapter on menstrual blood staining clothing, hadith 394, from Hammad bin Salama with this same chain. It has another route in Tirmidhi, hadith 138, from Hisham bin Urwa with this same chain, and he said, hasan sahih.
