With a similar chain of narration, two men claimed ownership of a camel during the time of the Prophet ﷺ. Each of them brought two witnesses, so the Prophet ﷺ divided it between them in two halves.
حدثنا محمد بن بشار حدثنا حجاج بن منهال حدثنا همام
بمعنى إسناده أن رجلين ادعيا بعيرا على عهد النبي ﷺ فبعث كل واحد منهما شاهدين فقسمه النبي ﷺ بينهما نصفين
