The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever is appointed as a judge has been slaughtered without a knife."
حدثنا نصر بن علي أخبرنا فضيل بن سليمان حدثنا عمرو بن أبي عمرو عن سعيد المقبري
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال من ولي القضاء فقد ذبح بغير سكين
Grading, [hasan]. Tirmidhi collected it in the Book of Rulings, chapter on what has been reported from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ concerning the judge, hadith no. 1325, from Nasr bin Ali, with this chain, and he said, hasan gharib, though its chain is daif. Ibn Majah also collected it, hadith no. 2308, and the following hadith serves as a corroborating witness for it.
