Muaza bint Abdullah Adawiya reported,

I asked Ayesha about a menstruating woman whose garment is stained with blood. She replied, "She should wash it, and if the trace does not come out, she should alter it with something yellow."She said, "I once menstruated three times in succession while with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ without washing a single garment of mine."

سألت عائشة رضي الله عنها عن الحائض يصيب ثوبها الدم قالت تغسله فإن لم يذهب أثره فلتغيره بشيء من صفرة قالت ولقد كنت أحيض عند رسول الله ﷺ ثلاث حيض جميعا لا أغسل لي ثوبا
