The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The umra is valid for those granted it, and the ruqba is valid for those granted it."
حدثنا أحمد بن حنبل حدثنا هشيم أخبرنا داود عن أبي الزبير
قال رسول الله ﷺ العمرى جائزة لأهلها والرقبى جائزة لأهلها
[Sahih] Reported by Tirmidhi, Al-Ahkam, chapter on what has been said regarding Ruqba, no. 1351, from the hadith of Hushaym with this wording, and he said, "Hasan." It is also found in Musnad Ahmad, 3/303, and Ibn Majah reported it, no. 2383.
