Bukhari reported it in "Gifts, Their Merit, and Encouragement Toward Them," chapter on what was said regarding umra and ruqba giving, hadith no. 2626, from the hadith of Hammam. Muslim also reported it in "Gifts," chapter on umra giving, hadith no. 1626, from the hadith of Qatada, through the same chain.
