I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sitting near the corner of the Kabah. He raised his gaze to the sky, smiled, then said, "May Allah curse the Jews," three times. "Allah forbade them to consume animal fats, yet they sold them and consumed the proceeds. When Allah forbids a people from eating something, He likewise forbids them its price."In the report of Khalid bin Abdullah al-Tahhan, the words "I saw" do not appear, and instead of "May Allah curse the Jews," it reads, "May Allah fight the Jews."
حدثنا مسدد أن بشر بن المفضل وخالد بن عبد الله حدثاهم المعنى عن خالد الحذاء عن بركة قال مسدد في حديث خالد بن عبد الله عن بركة أبي الوليد ثم اتفقا
رأيت رسول الله ﷺ جالسا عند الركن قال فرفع بصره إلى السماء فضحك فقال لعن الله اليهود ثلاثا إن الله حرم عليهم الشحوم فباعوها وأكلوا أثمانها وإن الله إذا حرم على قوم أكل شيء حرم عليهم ثمنه ولم يقل في حديث خالد بن عبد الله الطحان رأيت وقال قاتل الله اليهود
