He planted a piece of land, and the Prophet ﷺ passed by him while he was watering it. The Prophet ﷺ asked him whose crop it was and whose land it was.He replied, "The crop is mine, planted with my own seed and my own labor. Half is for me, and half is for the sons of so-and-so."The Prophet ﷺ said, "You have both engaged in usury. Return the land to its owners and take back what you spent."
حدثنا هارون بن عبد الله حدثنا الفضل بن دكين حدثنا بكير يعني ابن عامر عن ابن أبي نعم
أنه زرع أرضا فمر به النبي ﷺ وهو يسقيها فسأله لمن الزرع ولمن الأرض فقال زرعي ببذري وعملي لي الشطر ولبني فلان الشطر فقال أربيتما فرد الأرض على أهلها وخذ نفقتك

Its chain of transmission is daif. It was narrated by Tahawi in Maani al-Athar, 4/106, from the hadith of Fadl bin Dukayn, transmitted through him. Hakim graded it sahih in 2/41, but Dhahabi said, "Bukayr is daif."
