The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade Kira Ard.Someone asked, "Even with gold and silver?"He replied, "As for gold and silver, there is no harm in that."
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد عن مالك عن ربيعة بن أبي عبد الرحمن عن حنظلة بن قيس أنه سأل رافع بن خديج
نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن كراء الأرض فقال أبالذهب والورق فقال أما بالذهب والورق فلا بأس به
Muslim reported it in the Book of Transactions, in the chapter on leasing land for gold and silver, hadith no. 1547, from the hadith of Malik through this chain, and it is found in Muwatta (Yahya): 2/711
