On the day of Khaybar, I bought a necklace for twelve dinars that contained both gold and beads. When I separated its parts, I found that the gold alone was worth more than twelve dinars. I mentioned this to the Prophet ﷺ, and he said, "It must not be sold until its parts are separated."
