He asked the Prophet ﷺ about a sister of his who had vowed to perform Hajj barefoot and unveiled. He said, "Tell her to veil herself, ride, and fast for three days."

أنه سأل النبي ﷺ عن أخت له نذرت أن تحج حافية غير مختمرة فقال مروها فلتختمر ولتركب ولتصم ثلاثة أيام
[Its chain is daif]. Nasai narrated it in Kubra, 3/136, no. 4757, from the hadith of Yahya Qattan, with this wording, and it occurs in Sughra, no. 3846, an old error. Tirmidhi graded it hasan, no. 1544, and Ibn Majah narrated it, no. 2134.Abu Saeed is Jathal bin Haaan, and Ubaydullah bin Zahr is daif, most scholars having declared him daif.
