A man reported,

Dawud, whom Umm Habiba bint Abu Sufyan, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, had borne, reported that Layla bint Qanif Thaqafi said, "I was among those who washed Umm Kulthum, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, at her death. The first garment the Messenger of Allah ﷺ handed to us was the waist-wrapper, then the shift, then the head-cover, then the outer wrap, and after that she was wrapped in another cloth."She said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was sitting at the door with her shroud, passing the garments to us one by one."

عن رجل من بني عروة بن مسعود يقال

له داود قد ولدته أم حبيبة بنت أبي سفيان زوج النبي ﷺ أن ليلى بنت قانف الثقفية قالت كنت فيمن غسل أم كلثوم بنت رسول الله ﷺ عند وفاتها فكان أول ما أعطانا رسول الله ﷺ الحقاء ثم الدرع ثم الخمار ثم الملحفة ثم أدرجت بعد في الثوب الآخر قالت ورسول الله ﷺ جالس عند الباب معه كفنها يناولناها ثوبا ثوبا
