The Prophet ﷺ granted Bilal bin Harith Muzani the mines of Qabaliyyah, both their highlands and their lowlands, and the Prophet ﷺ wrote for him, "This is what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has given to Bilal bin Harith Muzani. He has granted him the mines of Qabaliyyah, both its highlands and its lowlands, and the cultivable land of Quds, but he has not granted him anything that infringes upon the right of a Muslim."
حدثنا غير واحد، عن حسين بن محمد، أخبرنا أبو أويس، حدثني
أن النبي ﷺ أقطع بلال بن الحارث المزني معادن القبلية جلسيها وغوريها، وكتب له النبي ﷺ هذا ما أعطى رسول الله ﷺ بلال بن الحارث المزني أعطاه معادن القبلية جلسها وغورها وحيث يصلح الزرع من قدس ولم يعطه حق مسلم،
