The Prophet ﷺ said regarding the woman with prolonged bleeding that she should leave the prayer during the days of her menstrual period, then perform a full bath and pray, making ablution before each prayer.
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر بن زياد وحدثنا عثمان بن أبي شيبة حدثنا شريك عن أبي اليقظان
عن النبي ﷺ في المستحاضة تدع الصلاة أيام أقرائها ثم تغتسل وتصلي والوضوء عند كل صلاة
[Its chain is daif]. Tirmidhi narrated it in the chapter on Purification, in the section on the report that a woman with abnormal bleeding should perform wudu for every prayer, hadith no. 126, and Ibn Majah narrated it, hadith no. 625, both from the hadith of Sharik Al-Qadi, with this wording.Sharik used ambiguous transmission wording (anana), and the hadith has daif corroborating narrations.
