I said, "Messenger of Allah, Fatimah bint Abu Hubaysh has been suffering from prolonged bleeding for such and such a time and has not been praying."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "Glory be to Allah! This is from Satan. Let her sit in a basin, and when she sees yellowness above the water, let her perform one ghusl for Zuhr and Asr together, one ghusl for Maghrib and Isha together, and one ghusl for Fajr, and let her perform wudu in between."
حدثنا وهب بن بقية أخبرنا خالد عن سهيل يعني ابن أبي صالح عن الزهري عن عروة بن الزبير
قلت يا رسول الله إن فاطمة بنت أبي حبيش استحيضت منذ كذا وكذا فلم تصل فقال رسول الله ﷺ سبحان الله إن هذا من الشيطان لتجلس في مركن فإذا رأت صفرة فوق الماء فلتغتسل للظهر والعصر غسلا واحدا وتغتسل للمغرب والعشاء غسلا واحدا وتغتسل للفجر غسلا واحدا وتتوضأ فيما بين ذلك
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Daraqutni narrated it, 1/215, 216, no. 828, from the hadith of Khalid, and Hakim graded it sahih according to the criteria of Muslim, 1/174, and Dhahabi agreed with him, and the hadith has corroborating narrations. Zuhri narrated it using "an" (indicating an unspecified transmission).
