A woman experienced prolonged menstrual bleeding during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and she was instructed to perform the afternoon prayer early and delay the noon prayer, taking a single bath for both, then to delay the sunset prayer and perform the night prayer early, taking a single bath for both, and to take a separate bath for the dawn prayer.I asked Abdul-Rahman, "Is this from the Prophet ﷺ?"He replied, "I will not relate anything to you except from the Prophet ﷺ."

استحيضت امرأة على عهد رسول الله ﷺ فأمرت أن تعجل العصر وتؤخر الظهر وتغتسل لهما غسلا وأن تؤخر المغرب وتعجل العشاء وتغتسل لهما غسلا وتغتسل لصلاة الصبح غسلا فقلت لعبد الرحمن عن النبي ﷺ فقال لا أحدثك إلا عن النبي ﷺ بشيء
